John: "Ohh I like that one."
Sarah: "You have excellent taste. This pattern has been a favorite in Japan for thousands of years."
Express your love for classic design while wearing a unique work of art. This Japanese Seigaiha wave is a traditional pattern dating back to the 6th century. Each wave symbolizes a day and the four arcs represent the four oceans (north, south, east and west). This calm pattern represents the tranquility of the days repeating peacefully forever.
Scarves are a great way to send a message or a fuzzy, soft reminder. This is the perfect gift for someone in your life who could use a warm hug and a few days of peace. Or perhaps you're the one who needs a chance to relax and take a deep breath? As you wear this scarf you can feel the warmth and remember to let your worries wash away.

I make scarves in my smoke free, pet free home. To knit them I resurrected a broken domestic knitting machine from the 1980's and hacked it to accept mathematical patterns from a modern day computer. Don't assume this scarf is quick work, though. While a knitting machine makes some things easier, I still have to work by hand from start to finish.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a 14-day money back guarantee. Return postage is at the buyer's expense.
